PAT's Visualized Flow States - Hologram Release/Sprint / Blue In this stage you are entering flow, the electric blue is meant to be energetic, releasing yourself into the work you are doing, this matches your Alpha and your Gamma brainwaves. Deep Flow/ Slipstream / Indigo In this stage you are in flow, the purpose of the indigo is to match your Theta brainwaves, quieting your environment and deepening your focus. Ultradian Dip/Track Limits | Amber In this stage, PAT knows you need to rest, to slow down, the amber matches your Beta brainwaves, acting as a sign to take that break, and recover, which will be guided by PAT.
